Mouthwatering Homemade Key Lime Pie

Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Pie


Ingredients:


  • 9" Graham Cracker Crust

  • 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk

  • 3 egg yolks (whites not used)

  • 1/2 cup Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and set out pie crust.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

  5. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Pie should be allowed to cool completely (4-6 hours) before being served or it will be runny. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream, or meringue, and garnish with lime slices. Pie will keep refrigerated for 5-6 days.
